High image definition with resolution of 2% – 98%.
This plate has excellent press performance, higher runs can be reached with thermocuring through post-baking.
The field of application is the commercial printing.

THERMAL DOUBLE LAYER PLATES
TP-U is CtP thermal DOUBLE COATING, non-prebaked type positive plate, designed to work with 830 nm thermal laser platesetters.
On aluminium electrochemically grained and anodized support.
For the processing step it’s advisable to use CtP chemistry, studied by same manufacturer.
You register a high tone reproduction with an image definition 1%-99%
We suggest to use TP-U plate in air conditioned environment : 25°C, with humidity at 60%.
This plate has excellent press performance with normal and UV inks, higher runs can be reached with thermo-curing through post-baking.
The field of application is the commercial printing, also UV.
THERMAL PLATES
Thermal tp-ii is CtP thermal non-prebaked type positive plate, designed to work with 830 nm thermal laser platesetters.
On aluminium electrochemically grained and anodized support.
For the processing step it’s advisable to use CtP chemistry studied by same manufacturer.

CTP thermal negative plates, studied for exposure with laser 830 / 850 nm.

Plate is very versatile, considering that after exposure it can be put directly in printing machine without treatment or through a washing
unit, to keep off the sensitive layer of the not printing area, with suitable product.
